Surprisingly enough Dead Can Dance is best on stage. The tracks from Wake and Labyrinth work way better here, and my second hand dealer are gonna get those two one of these days.
Here is a nerv and presence that makes all the different ethnic soundscapes work together and point back to a common origin. Its very beautiful and quite fantastic.
The vocals and pace through the album makes me think om some initiation at midsummer, but I can't decide where in the world that would be. So I also point towards the within!
