Reviews & Discussion

I think this is a great continuation of where the first mix left off. This mix is more deeper and a bit darker than the first. You can hear the DD boys has moved more into the Progressive territory here but still by doing it they keep it well varied and exiting as well.
Kicking off with Breaky beats form CHemical Brothers and snd just rides on flowing and sometimes minimal beats on CD1. Big up's for Oil UK - 'The Future' and Spook - 'Feel Up'
CD beef up the party factor considerably. Underground smash KOT - 'Finally' with their brilliant mix of Dusted here.. and just keep it quality to the end: Humate - Choose Life, Dark funky and typical remix of Blackwatch on Greed - 'Strange World' to Morel - 'Funny Car' that is a funny track anyway. Quality quality.. And another nicely set ender like the first Yoshiesque. Hope the Dish boys keeps this series real with Yoshiesque 3!!

Worst thing about this CD is that there was never a follow up(!!!). Unfortunately, Global Underground got hold of the boys and well, the rest is history. This was and still is in my book the best mix they ever put out. It was a culmination of all the best elements of their sound and style up until that point. The moment from when Loudeast "Lights Out" enters the mix until the end of CD2 is just pure class!
