"For Oscar"
Track 2-A0 ends in a locked groove.
Especially "Mnemosyne", the most missed track I have ever heard by Demdike Stare.
The artwork is ambitious, but Andy Votel design has not the same simplicity and effectiveness than "Forest Of Evil" or "Voices Of Dust".
I prefer Part 3&4, who are really better than this 2. So, Elemental is not so bad, only less good than "Liberation Through Hearing". And Demdike Stare still remains a great band.
And another subject about the concept of 4 disc for 12 track...
It's nice to have all this colored vinyl, but In a practical way, if one night you want to listen all the 4 eps, you have to stay all time to the turntable to turn over the disc at the end of one or two pieces per side, by changing each time the rpm cause on every disc one side is 45, and the other side is 33 ("Violetta" A side had the 2 speed!)… I think this is a bit boring, even if in recent electronic edition it's all time the same: they sacrificed loudness (1 or 2 track per side) for the simple practice of listening (3 or 4 track minimum per side) like a classic vinyl album of 6 track per side.
