Dexter channels a classic electro sound sickness that once manifested itself as Drexciya. This record feels like both an homage to a fallen master and a maiden voyage into the murky depths of electro, past and present. At all times the beats are absolutely Noordhollandsche and Detroit at the same time. A fantastic, bleepy, melodic, dark, reverberated journey. Nice.
