A marvellous little 7" from Chicago label Memphix ; both sides are really lovely. Sweet downbeat breaks, with lots of warm breezy space in between the blissed out samples of 'Pass of Arms' and a more edgy grinding organ sound and sweeping manipulation introduced into the framework of 'East of Gilham' (unusual in this genre due to it's 3 time count). Ambient hip-hop anyone? Definitely worth a listen...
