Dither gives us a variety of different textures, soundscapes, and moods. The album is dark and gloomy, with a touch of industrial roughness. Textures are complex and derive from his signature "choppy" beats layered upon the sequential ambient loops, repeating over and over again. Great music that takes you a while, at least a couple of listens to appreciate to the full extent. Tracks worth mentioning: #2 - glitchy and beautiful; #4 - very calm and dark; #10 - sounds similar to early Autechre, very well done.
