Hi to you all disco freaks! The repress from 2007 was faulty, distortion on the Spaciula track and overall bad quality, due to this the tracks were remastered again and the 2008 version should be ok. I contacted the guys from electunes and found out that the faulty product sale was stopped immediately and everyone that has the wrong copy can get the remastered version and pay only for the shipping which is 6EUR worldwide. This is a great record and praise for a re-release of such a record. But upon listening it became sadly clear that the sound quality is mediocre at best. 'Spaciula' is completely unplayable due to some terrible distortion. I can't understand why anyone would accept such a sound to be delivered from a mastering professional.
It may be the source material that has been used or a lousy mastering and cutting job. Whatever the reason they might as well have left the first track off entirely. I'm afraid i'll have to go out and look for an original to be able to fully enjoy the album as it was once meant.
