Reviews & Discussion

Rated 4/5
Review by DJFrodo Nov 06, 2005 (edited over 4 years ago)
A1: Starts off with ambience then brings in a synth line and slow dubby house kick. "What do you think? want to try a few things?" Nice early morning dub track, reminds of the stuff Eli Star used to play. Slightly beautiful & slightly dark with lots of atmosphere.

A2: The ONLY full-on track here. Psy trance with a very fast rhythm to make you move, along with a slower beautiful guitar lick and synth waves cascading about. Recommended to lovers of "Feelgood" stuff.

B1: Sounds like a remix of A2, just more of an early morning version. The guitar lick is replaced with a slightly dark amtosphere & has more of a progressive trance vibe.

B2: The ONLY goa here. Mid-tempo subliminal goa with lots of slowly creeping sounds and a dark mood. This track should fit in somewhere around...ummm...4am.

C1: More dubby house. This one is a bit stranger...and kinda breaky. Dark groovy trippy stuff that sucks you in when your "coming-down" after a party. Nice, this one will grow on ya.

C2: Moody downtempo/trip-hop here. Lots of reversed stuff and reverb making things sound springy. For most part, stays dark but ends BEAUTIFULLY.

D: Similar to the mood at the end of C2. Beautiful...drifty...but more inbetween ambient and downtempo. A nice & slow track. Great for your bedtime/sleep/dream music playlist.
