this single has the original version and the video version. the original version is basically the same as on the album "gesamtkunstwerk" except without the minute-long burbling in the beginning (thank god). the video version is pretty much the same as the original version except with different sounds, and is very uninspiring and uninteresting.

worth buying for the original version alone.

Although the single came out in 2001, the "video mix" sounds a lot rougher than the album version from 1995, let alone the more sophisticated sound Dopplereffekt have today. It isn't a remix but a pre-album rehearsal version from the very early days of the band, and as such a piece of history.

Besides the 10", I also have what was a very limited 12" edition.
