Douglas Greed is one of the finest, most outstanding minimal techno producers today. His tunes are extremely sophisticated and brillantly arranged ways of the future. Listening to (t)his stuff always puts me into a dancing contemplation. So rarely achieved: the haunting harmonies are dreamlike escapes from the daily struggle of urban wilderness, sound-architecture of organic form: vastness, greatness. I think Douglas Greed is too unknown since his output is so amazing. A solemn silent burning invention of how to use brain stimulation creatively and turn it into something very beautiful. Regardless of the surrounding darkness.
