Reviews & Discussion

Rated 5/5
Review by djnineoneone Nov 03, 2008
Where's the 5 or better yet the 10 rating!! Absolutely one of the best breakthrough hip-hop albums ever! While most crossovers had to have the watered down mainstream hook, Dr. Dre kept it real, hard, and probably wasn't expecting this album to do as well as it did. The skits are absolutely ridiculous funny.Songs are all tight and engineered to perfection with samples from P-Funk Allstars layered with Dr. Dre's talent. The lyrics are solid from delivery to content. You can party and still hear the serious side which is a direct representation of hip hop culture.West Coast represent!!
