This is the original US release, which had the Big Apple/New York Skyline version of their burning heart in barbed wire logo on the front cover. Since this album was coincidentally released on Sept. 11th, 2001; it was quickly pulled and another version was released with that logo replaced by another Dream Theater logo.

Disc 3 contains a CD-ROM data section that includes previously unreleased live videos of "Another Day" & Jordan Rudess' keyboard solo and links to Internet resources.
