The first reviewer is right. Her Jazz was a 'stop what you're doing what in the honour of Jeebus is this?' moment when I was 15, hearing it on a Mixmag Darren Emerson mix. It took me years to track it down on vinyl (thank you Hard to Find Records). Psychotic, mind-shattering, bowel-juddering trippy techno. It still sounds utterly amazing today. Incredible to think these guys so early in their career were coming up with this stuff in 1993.

When this E.P. came out in 94 it blew me away...i can still remember the first time i heard Chemical Beats on a big soundsystem...dancefloor demolition served up on a 12in ...the mid tempo breakbeat with the screaming 808's blowing away anyone who was listening to this...Chemical Beats is the track that everyone remembers but for me the standout track is Her Jazz a 4/4 monster with rolling Sub-Bassline, wailing vocal -Freedom- then comes the killer Piano hook which is the icing on the cake for me....One To Many Mornings and Dope Coil are also excellent downtempo tracks but are overshadowed by their more dancefloor contempories...
