Although overlooked by many, this release marks THE defining point in Estonian drum and bass. While other early producers in the scene carefully resorted to fiddling around with simple sound structures that were already hopelessly aged, Dzheimz & Ninja were far ahead, first releasing the brooding, albeit a bit simplistic 'Gas Mask' LP under their Probe alias and then moving on to produce the seminal 'Newdancebeat'. Bleak, growling, fast and ultra-powerful, almost industrial - back in the day, these tracks sounded unlike anything heard before and were an impressive testament to these guys' talent and creativity. Both releases disappeared from the market in no time and have been extreme rarities ever since.

Four years have passed and 'Newdancebeat' is still yet to be matched. Absolutely essential.
