I wasn't very impressed with this release. I had very high expectations after "The Nine" and this failed to deliver.
"Rush Hour" is boring. The drums are decent I guess, but nothing special. The melody is very repetitive and frankly annoying. The tune goes nowhere and the breakdown is even more pitiful. Good productions quality, but terrible composition.
"Blind" is a decent tune I might play out. I quite like the drums and the same production quality you typically get from Bad Company, but it similarily doesn't go anywhere though. I like buildups, catchy melodies, slamming drops, etc. Neither of these tunes does any of that.

So I've thought long and hard and finally decided "Blind" is my favorite Bad Company song of all time!!! With it's compelling vocals, epic breakdown, and legendary drop, this track is truely the definition of timeless. The flip side "Rush Hour" has a wicked build up like no other. My suggestion, BUY ON SIGHT!
An often overlooked release of Bad Company because it simply sounds awful on a small sound system.
The opening dancefloor massive Rush Hour is a mean synth sound getting louder and louder and soon (around 1:06), without a real drop, the congas start rolling and smash the floor. At first hear you wouldn't belive, but a real minimal & smasher tune.
Blind on the flipside differs very much. It has vocals, and compared to Rush Hour it's quite complicated, like a tecnoid funk lesson with congas and uptempo beats.

Don't bother with this one.
