My favorite track on here is the remix of "The One And Only High And Low." It starts off with chopped up guitar riffs but quickly transmutes into full on sonic bass terror that will blow your speakers if you're not too careful. The main body of the song is reminiscent of being burned alive while having a grand mal seizure as you jump out of a 90 story building ass first into a pile of rusty nails lubed with rotten lemons. Eventually the song slowly dissipates into a low hum of distorted vocals by the one and only Gina V. D'orio.
