Reviews & Discussion

Rated 5/5
Review by royston Jan 15, 2007 (edited over 2 years ago)
This album originally seduced my otherwise jaded musical sensibilities when I first heard Millenium's cold, haunting, post apocalyptic hook whilst shopping in a large music vending chain in Exeter, eight years ago. I immediately asked the bloke behind the counter exactly who it was, since I was instantly captivated by the stark, sci-fi nightmarishness of the whole album.
Unfortunately, I hadn't embraced drum n bass fully enough at the time to have heard any of these tunes played out, but 'Wormhole' is one of my all time top favourite albums in any genre. Brilliant, (sub-)genre defining music to encapsulate a world of pre millenial paranoia.
