"Summing Up" was the first release by Electric Mind, a fairly well known Italo Disco outfit that debuted in 1982, Italy. The producers did some work with the well known acts of Ago and Tom Hooker, but this is where their production values shined in my opinion. In addition to a fancy little piano hook during the break, this song has one of my favorite chorus lines ever: "Electric mind, somehow with confusion, that two and one, need some summing up." One of the best releases on the Good Vibes label and an unforgettable classic that enjoys the sound and style of italo disco along the lines of late disco and other early new wave.
