It is impossible to not compare these guys with Shpongle, but this is definately not a pure copy of the typical Shpongle-sound. No, Entheogenic created with their debut a unique sound, with, if possible, an even more colourful sound than Shpongle.
Best track on the album is without a doubt "Liquid universe". The d'n'b-beats together with the beautiful ambient soundscapes can really make me fly sometimes.
A nice debut-album from Entheogenic, even though I'd love a little more variation. Their next album, "Spontaneous Illumination", is even better.
