Equinox (3) - Troubled Mind (Imagine The Future) / The Sixth Spirit

One of Equinox's most accomplished releases IMO:

"Troubled Mind (Imagine The Future)" is a dark, cinematic piece of epic proportions which features an amazing atmospheric breakdown mid-way through the track. Clattering 'Funky Nassau' breaks bend and twist there way through the dense vibes whilst receiving the full treatment from Marlon's fx unit!

Conversley, "The Sixth Spirit" is an altogether more uplifting affair. Whilst maintaining the use of swirling synth patterns, deep sub bass and highly intricate drum edits, Equinox blasts us with intergalactic lasers, bleeps and further soaring atmospherics, taking us to another realm! Finally, the shuffling, cymbal crashing 'Alligator Boogaloo' breaks provide a strong counterpoint to the smoothed out vibes.
