The re-mastered material on this release sounds more alive, I suppose, than the original, yet the re-master is not too spatial or over trebled. Even the unused and abandoned material is excellent. Bassdummy would have been a perfect track to include on his album ‘Bass.’ And for a minute there, I thought Uwe was slingin’ his electro around that sly Gibson Les Paul of Manuel Göttsching on ‘Push the Little Daisies.’ It's really hard to believe that this stuff wasn't released back in the day. It seems like everything that Uwe writes, or steals then re-writes, is more than worth releasing. All hail Uwe!
