All 4 of them went into a studio to make tunes, but one member would have the final say on what each tune would sound like etc. Ricochet was Steve Gurley's tune, Ragatere was MC Picton's tune. Also, Foul Play was the name of the EP, not the artist name. John Morrow confirmed that the artist name for this release was Steve Gurley & 2-High.

Sampling 'On The Upside' by Xena, this track was one of four on the first release from the legendary Foul Play. In a league of its own and streets ahead of anything else released at the time, Foul Play paved the way for the future of the hardcore sound.

what a quality ep,, not many 4 trackers deliver the buisness, but this 1 does,, worthy of any serious collector, thats why i want a copy, i dont own 1 yet, the price is mad, but i supose it only going to go higher as the years go by... hard to believe that these classics are getting on for 20 years old.. and still deliver the rushes....

All the tracks on this EP are excellent. In my opinion Ragatere, Ricochet and Feel the Vibe where played out a lot in 1992, The Alchemist was not heard as much I don't think. Excellent EP and I am glad to own it.
