Don't really know where Simon Pyke was going with this 7" but it's flat, one dimensional and just plain sucks. This is totally out of line with the full length he had released for SKAM just prior to this. You Should Get Out More has some redeeming value but Hallaboink is just one of the weakest tracks I've heard since I listened to Wevie Stonder's Kenyan Harry EP. Some things have to be experienced but this shouldn't.
