So Ex-Ravers, get on the starting block, it's time for volume 10 of the BRave Series, this one by old school vets GE & Gm aka Generel Electric & Generel Motors, an old 90's forgotten Rave act from Manchester providing two smash hits of dancefloor-techno-breakbeat excelle (as they says). Ok, maybe a bit overrated, but on the A Side "Ben & Jerry's", is sounding like a strong club version of Pink Floyd's "The Wall" with Beloved-like vocals, topped by a fat-as-you-like breakbeat, boomin' 808 subs. Deep, hypnotic and devastating, as we used to say...B-Side gots "Seven Eleven", one for peak time airplay, feeaturing killah frequencies and this incredibly effetive vocal breakdown, sounding like Cajmere versus Altern8 on some, this is immediate reaction!
