From the first bar of Medones Thought you know this is going to be a 'deep' album! What seems as rather simplistic arrangements belies a subtle and wonderfully layered production, with few faults. This is not a dancefloor album, rather something to relax and groove to. Other standout traxx are the groovy bass & warm chords of 'All Love', contemplative 'Jazzy Giggles' and the delightful use of synthesized effects on 'Fathers Little Girl'. Custom Teck-no seems to be a bit out of place, even though it follows the style of the Windy City in the mid-late 1990's. But the finale is possibly one of G.U.'s classics-'Musical High' is over 10 minutes of soulful, deep house with beautiful chords. Highly recommended and 5 stars.
