The Remixes brings Groove Armada back into the arms of their electronic contemporaries, who take tracks from Vertigo and give them different spins. “Pre 63,” in the hands of Akasha, becomes a fast breaks and jazz track; both DJ Icey and DJ Dan with Terry Mullan go for club-oriented tracks; Attaboy delivers a deep and sweet house track -- another quality mix from him. Tim ‘Love’ Lee makes “Your Song” even more blissful and dreamy, while Kinobe take “A Private Interlude” and make it public trip-hop. Finally, Elephant trumpets into “Inside My Mind (Blue Skies)” for an extended journey through chill. Altogether, a marvelous accompaniment to the original album.

This cd is an example for showing to make a bad thing worse. most of the remixer weren't engaged in their work and made some quick-and-dirty-and-boring house-remixes. not all tracks are really bad, but the album in whole is not a 'must'.
