I was very pleasantly surprised by this album. The first 2 plates show the sound that Lincoln's known for (and have been rinsed the fuck out). The second 2 plates show him branching out a bit into tougher territory and getting away from the cliches of "liquid" drum & bass. "Amen Sister" shows some heavy drumwork, and although there are diva vocals present, it breaks the mould of Hospital's usual output. "Return Of Forever" always ends things on the right note with it's sheer epicness. Nice.

Truly a document or bluprint of some sort, outlining the future of drum & bass of the now(2005), props to the young guy who forever uplifted my soul during these days of this record release
Probably one of the few D&B albums that are more than a bunch of 12" that could have been released seperately.
Music Is Everything shows High Contrast's musical ability, musical but not cheesy.
The only disappointment is that Return Of Forever and Global Love are on the vinyl, too. They were released before as 12". Though great tunes anyway.
