This release contains 2 club remixes of "I'm Lonely". The first one, by Roadblock, is a more upbeat version that uses the same bassline of the original with Jaydee's over sampled "Plastic Dreams" beat on top of it. It leads the track into classic club standards, not necessary for the better. The Blag remix is more progressive, and nearly fall into the Trance category (Ferry Corsten style).

Interesting catchy House track that was relealed to me back in 1996, in a half empty Club. I was lonely too, and needed someone to be with. I got hooked instantly and searched this song for years before getting my own copy. The original mix is the best version of all. So "under-produced", but how effective. Marc Pompeo's Smooth Mix is maybe the only other decent version to play. Deep House with a nostalgic touch. Can cheer you up when it's raining. Otherwise, the other remixes are a bit weak.

Classic end-of-night deep synth-house tune with a beautiful sample of the voice of Terence Trent D'Arby singing "i'm lonely...and i need to be with someone...tonight". Moody and beautiful.
