Experimental jazz cellist Arthur Russell (who founded the Sleeping Bag label with Will Socolov) is at a disco peak here, with the help of radical disco prankster Walter Gibbons. By the way, check the two re-issues of Russell's work on the Soul Jazz and Audika imprints.
