Wow. JT has always been an allstar in Chicago but this record impressed the heck out of me. Jazzy to the core, "Do Dat" is such a beautiful collage of jazz and house it forces your head to dip. "In The Name of Love" is more of a smooth number with great use of live elements. It really exercises Donaldson's musical ability and lets you know he wears a few hats in the studio. Still as fresh as it was in '02 and the best LowDown release by a mile.
