Jaïa Blue Energy 5.0

This album is simply a must. Talent oozes from every bit and byte. This is the first cd in my collection that I've rated every track a 5 out of 5, including Blue Planet by Blue Planet Corp.

1. Sommeil Paradoxal (5/5)
Mellow, trippy opening that progressively builds up with good fusion of melody and percussion.

2. Anawa's Paradise (5/5)
Cool tribal chants overlay nature sounds in the opening before this track takes you on a progressively more intense trance voyage!

3. Breathing Ocean (5/5)
Jaïa gets right in your face at this point with some real melodic uplifting trance, par excellence!

4. Brainstorm (5/5)
A seemless transition from Breathing Ocean that just keeps on kicking your trance lovin' butt! Brainstorm goes Category 5 at about 2:30.

5. Nasty Angel (5/5)
The album takes a dark turn in this outstanding track that is filled with intense and sinister energy. Hmmm, Nasty Blue Energy?

6. Maï Maï (5/5)
My my, another great track! The slow melodic opening explodes into a wickedly conceived potpourri of aural narcotics.

7. Spiritual Drops And Eternal Ices (5/5)
Simply brilliant! What a treat! The builds and breaks are truly fantastic in this sophisticated and daring track.

8. After The Rain (5/5)
Close your eyes while you listen to this positively beautiful track that will turn your heart into an eagle that breaks out of your chest and soars toward paradise.

The two ambient tracks (#1 and #8) are masterpieces for sure...Especially #8: After the Rain...Music doesn't get any more beautiful than that...It's hard to describe, you have hear it yourselves...

But the cd has more than two of the greatest ambient-tracks ever, it also have some really great full-on goa/trance-tracks...Anawa's Paradise, Breathing Ocean, Brainstorm, Nasty Angel and especially Maï Maï are some really great tracks, with a quality few producers have capacity to achieve...

If you want more brilliant ambient from Jaïa, check out his works on the Sky Dancing: Nada Masala-compilations from Dakini Records...It wont dissapoint you who love lush, dreamy, hypnotic and most of all, beautiful ambient...
