Why was this a re issue in 1981? Just wondering, I have this album with both catalog numbers. One begins with FE and one with PE and it seems the only difference is the tint across one.

Wonderful album, connecting the 70s to the 80s. You can hear the influence that Quincy Jones had on Michael, as the production is vastly different than anything from the disco late 70s. My favorite tracks are Give It Up, Walk Right Now, Lonely One, heck all of them. This album does not get the respect it deserves. Wonderful bridge to Thriller. Too bad these boys could not get along on future recordings. Can You Feel It is best known as a band staple in high school and college. Solid 4 1/2 star album out of 5.
