'The Chair' was originally featured on 'The Long Kiss Goodnight' soundtrack. The version of 'Frail' that appears here is the instrumental version that was originally recorded for the band's 1994 demo 'Frail'. Lyrics were not added until the band re-recorded it for 'Much Afraid' in 1997.
This disc is also enhanced and includes video interviews with the band, some home-video footage shot while recording Much Afraid, and some photos from the band's first few years.
