Without a doubt one of my favourite purchases this side of 2000. Four well crafted techno tracks each with their own individual features which make them so appealing.
All four tracks are fairly dark affairs and extremely well produced (as is all Liebregts work). "Keychain" uses break type elements accompanying a steady kick along with some cut up female vocals to great effect. "Vloer" also goes down the same path but with the kick more prominent and the vocals replaced with some nice effects and haunting sounds. "Donau" is simple track but effective. Nice steady pounding rhthym. Nothing to fancy.
The stand out track on this release for me is the title track "Killer Door". Dark, deep, rolling techno with a bass line to die for! The intricate xylophone type sounds build and progress really well until the point where this track starts to take off. A small build then the break down and back in again with killer stabs. Awesome techno which I will never grow tired of hearing.
All round a great four track EP well worth having!
