For those who don't know, "Websters" would define "JIZZM" as insemination; the fluid that carries spermatozoa (one of the male reproductive cells). When the Jizzm busts it has the GOD given ability to miraculously create new life. That new life is metaphoricly a religion, and that religion is a culture known as hip hop.
