John Beltran Featuring Open House - Earth & Nightfall

John Beltran's slab of epic here. What he learned on Aquatic comes full force here on Fragile. Because of the melody I rate this higher than Aquatic by only a half star at best. 5 stars and 4 and a half respectively. This track could play for hours and you would never tire. John Beltran made a career from the direction this track took. When you make a well respected underground career and you can pinpoint it to one record that's how important an beloved this record is by those who have it. Most of John Beltran's melody approaches are all wrapped up and executed here in just one song. They just don't get much more meaningful than this.

The pressing is poor, apparently for both the clear vinyl version and the dark grey vinyl version - this is noticeable in tracks A2 and B2, where crackling appears towards the end.

re-issued as clear vinyl with different label marking the label not as 33rpm records/sinewave but simply sinewave.
