From the first graceful notes,it is clear that John Beltrn`s Going Home Ep is going to be a work of pure, calming beauty.
As it moves along, however, what becomes even more clear is that it is an amazing, almost alchemical blend of beautiful soothing melodies, textures with irresistible beats for a fully immersive listening experience..There's so much to enjoy here,It demands repeat listens to discover layers or things missed on earlier passes.
This Ep is highly recommended,as it reminds us how engaging John Beltrans productions can be.

For me Going home is John taking a very awaited trip back to the period of Ten Days Of Blue and even a few tracks on Earth And Nightfall (Both legendary records in their own right and I think as an artist hard to surpass in quality and originality). After taking a few years producing more latin orientated tunes he is back at where it began. Simple little tunes that are a kind of techno ambient sort of melodies whitch fill your hart with warmth.
Very highly recommended for all of ya Detroit Ambient Techno Lovers!!
