This mix cd really means a lot to me. I picked up in August of 2006 and its been in my 10 disc changer ever since. The thing that sets this mix apart from other mix cds is the way that Josh progresses through genres. Deep house > Minimalism > Techno. Inside of this progression, Josh has included some of the deepest, darkest, headiest shit I have ever heard. I would go through and list the outstanding tracks but it would basically be the entire discography. If I had to 3 faves it would be Donnacha Costello's "Blue" (a dark twisted journey through I dont know what), Quinn & Benny Rodriguez's - 7-up (disgustingly deep bassline that is so deep its hard to wrap you mind around it), and by far the best track on the cd D5's "Floatation Tank" (130bpm techno track that defies genres and just puts that melty feeling to your face).

I was fortunate enough to see Wink spin in Philly this summer and I made a point to personally thank him for putting this together. Its not just another mix cd put together for sake of featuring his producer friend's tracks. Its a journey through darkness and it will always have a place in my heart.
