This is a rare limited edition boxed set Matsuri Productions put out in cooperation with fashion designer Issey Miyake. Limited to 500 hand numbered copies, it contains a clear, one-sided vinyl 12" of Joujouka - Re-Psycle Frequency (Issey Miyake Men Mix) and an Issey Miyake Men T-shirt in a white and silver box. Both the box and the vinyl are hand numbered in silver pen.
This set was obviously aimed towards the fashion industry as all advertising on the box points to it being a Issey Miyake Men product as per below.
