'You Can't Have It Both Ways' is a killer track, one of my favourite electro-based tracks of the last few years. It has a slightly sinister feel with a kind of Moroder-esque bassline and Nancy Whang's wonderfully sleazy vocals. The second half also introduces some icy new-wave synth melodies as well and just adds to the atmosphere.

'My Time Is Running Out' is a more laid-back, atmospheric affair with the odd vocodered vocal but aint as good as the A-side.

'You Can't Have It Both Ways' is the best thing that The Juan Maclean have done and is definitely worth tracking down.
