Reviews & Discussion

Review by WGYSS Dec 03, 2006 (edited over 2 years ago)
This album is mostly (as far as music goes), pretty bad, but in a good way. It still retains the JAMs iconoclastic humor. Expect a Fat Boys derivative, 80's rap soundscape. This a US only release which is basically a cut down version of the Shag Times LP on KLF Communications minus some remixes.

The JAMs were a novelty affair at this point but there are a couple of shining moments like "Burn the Beat" which is actually "Burn the Bastards" from the Who Killed the JAMs LP, w/ a bonus comment from the Ford Timelord car tacked on to the end as an outro to the song. It also serves as an intro to "Doctorin' the Tardis" one of the other decent ones. "Whitney Joins the JAMs" is also good laugh.
