Notes

Comes in a jewel case with a 4 panel folder. Not to be confused with this very similar later version. There are three distinguishing features:
1. This release carries the "Printed in Canada" logo on the back cover and on the inside left panel of the booklet.
2. The colors on this version is slightly less saturated.
3. This release does not carry one of IFPI's SID codes.
