I was afraid of this. I mean that I would somehow backtrack the releases that I did not own on Kaliber and find out they were better then the newer ones. Kaliber 2 is one of those. Now that I own all the recent ones, Kaliber 2 is better then 16, 17 and 19. I have been really into these Dahlback throwbacks for some time and now that John Dahlback has become a top producer in this scene many will never even know about these releases. They don't have any producer credits. But as a series of releases there are some gems.
As I listen to this volume, it is just a smooth blend of electronics with a tight production. It's a good DJ tool. As the rest of them are. Volumes to check besides this? 12,13 & 14. Those are the best. I like 18 too. Check them out for yourself.
