Kenny's mix has some great songs in isolation but as a mix doesn't gel for me. Of course, some might consider it eclectic and esoteric in flavour. However, it seems too disjointed for my ears.
Terry's mix is a bit obvious especially with the inclusions of Bringing Down the Walls, Ma Foom Bey and No Way back. Haven't heard them a thousand times before! His remix of Alright isn't a patch on the original either.
I think Terry Hunter is an excellent dj live but this mix really doesn't do him any favours. It's average at best.
Overall this cd is rather average. You would be far better off buying Kerri Chandler's Southport compilation (Volume 6) which is outstanding. Or failing that Volume 1 mixed by Joey Negro/Miguel Migs which whilst not as good as Kerri's is still excellent.
