I don´t see a rip off. The only thing in common with "Contemplation" is the beat. House music is done with samples in most cases - I´m sure King Britt has used 1 or 2 samples in his career, too. :-)
You´d better check the song, voice and bassline - I´m just a little bit annoyed by this chord...but the vocals are dope. Louise, we want more!

Though this record is an obvious rip-off of the Johs One Contemplation King Britt Remix you have to admit, that it's better to steal a succesful piece and make a good record (and it's a club hit) than to start on your own and produce something terrible.
Still. It is a rip-off.
