Klute is always hit or miss for me. He's got some wicked tracks and some really boring ones.
This version of "Glue Sniffer" is decent, but not great. I love the vocal sample and the rinsing bass is good too. But the bleeping melody gets pretty annoying quick. Good tune for those who like their drum and bass boring and nothing but drums and slightly different womping bass.
"Oshima" is decent. Very good production quality with lots of things going on. Fun, electroesque bassline but with good string melody with a hint of the Orient. Much tamer than some of his other work, more of something for a houseparty than a giant venue. Fun, but definitely not a floor-filler.

Oshima was a monumental track for me. I previously had a minimal interest in Klute, but this gave me a genuine respect for his music (and all of his back catalogue). This song contains all the musical elements of a real hit and is a pleasure to listen to throughout the whole five minutes and thiry seconds. Other producers need to take note from this man.

I hang onto it, but rarely play it.
