Well, this EP is a tad unnecessary (well at least nowadays) if you want the remixes, since you might as well go cop the remix LP. The remixes on this one feature the three most 'Compost' sounding remixes.

D'Malicious (Mikael Nordgren) deliver an almost sugarysweet rendition of 'Baby'. On 'Modal Mile' Zinger takes his vocals off and has Valerie Etienne to sing his lines instead and deliver a slightly harder, smokier rendition. Hird's rendition is rather bland for me but can push the right buttons for the right persons. Last track on this is the main reason to get this, a track not featured on the LP, being the cover of Carmen Lundy's classic 'Never Gonna Let You Go'.

Starts out was a great double bass intronoodling building up to the main bassline and when the tracks kicks off it's just epic. Yukimi being the talented singer she is deliver a great performance. I didn't even know of this rendition until I heard it on Gilles Peterson's Worldwide show.
