This release certainly is a VERY HUGE departure from the style normally expected of the Deathchant label. Gone are the Frenchcore'esqe kicks and glitchy / techy hardcore techno sounds, in there place we have 6 extremely brutal, high bpm'ed breakcore tracks with no hip hop samples in sight, and i absolutly love it.
Nothing out of the ordinary with anyone familiar with Ladyscraper's take on the genre, heavily distorted cut to high heaven breaks, heavy metal guitar riffs, gabber kicks etc. But i guess the reason why this release stands out is due to the label it is on, very unexpected and indeed, it wont be enjoyed by some of the usual Deathchant lovers due to how "out there" it is, but it is a big breathe of fresh air for the label which i personally hope will continue to release release's like this in the near future.
