"Baby" & " Hammer Head" Lenny Dee produced with Marcus Salon (Outlander, TZ) While "Microdot" & " Bug Spray was jointly recorded with Robert Leiner (The Source (Experience))
In essence this E.P. was written by three of the top early 90's belgian Techno Producers. A triumph of the collaborative Techno spirit, contrary to what the name on the cover may lead you to beleive.
"Microdot" An arpeggio-driven Trance/Rave tune which, though nice, has dated a bit.
"Bug Spray" Every once in a while you hear a track that reminds you of the second coming. This is that track. Hard, caustic and very dancefloor friendly.
Sick.
There was a time when Lenny Dee truly was the King of Hardcore, then it was all just Techno...
"Baby" The Title track is a classic Lenny Dee House/Rave crossover from his Nu-Groove days: Trance, Rave, House: an excellent period piece from a time when those distinctions had'nt even really been made. Techno.
"Hammer Head" Lenny's show of the 'other sound' that he was starting to get into. A little before he started 'Industrial Strength Records'.
At the time he was only known for NY House and Garage which he was releasing through Nu-Groove, etc.
