Altough "You Got Me Running" is often cited by disco & househeads as the quintessential LW dancefloor jam, this boogie bassline is simply irresistible and Lenny's high pitched chants at the end of the song will have the crowd going in no time. Produced by Frank Wilson, he of the rarest 7" ever, the guitar gets lots of breathing room in the beginning of the song which makes it sound like a forgettable slice of white bread until that pounding b-line comes along. This is screaming for a re-edit.
